Dive deep into the world of fish. Learn the various methods used to cook fish. From scaling to filleting fish this introduction will ensure you are confident tackling and preparing fish. Once mastered, you will learn to cook mouth-watering dishes using the ingredients you have prepared.

  • Learn how to select the best fish and shellfish
  • Improve your knife skills
  • Learn to make a simple sauce to accompany fish
  • A mix of demonstrations and practical sessions
  • Eat the fish you have cooked during the session, with accompaniments, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere complete with wine
