Artisan Bread Making

Following on from our basic bread baking course, you will be shown how to twist, plait and decorate your very own artisan breads. We will be making six different kinds of bread, using a range of flours, seeds and nuts, ranging from millennia old recipes, to those that have been created much more recently.
Our expert baker will instruct on kneading, proving, temperatures and much more.
Leave the course with knowledge and confidence, plus a Cooking School sourdough culture to get you started.

N.B. Please arrive to all our courses 10/15 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink with your fellow chefs. Please bring your own containers to take home any leftovers.
