Best of British Spring

Welcome to our Best of British Spring edition, the course that celebrates local in season produce. We will show you how to create an array of dishes and accompaniments that will really wow your friends and family. This is a great course for anyone wanting to cut down on food miles and embrace the wonderful produce that’s right on our doorstep.
- A welcome drink to enjoy with your fellow chefs
- Lamb rump cooked sous vide, served with ‘sticky’ red cabbage, fondant potato, glazed heritage carrots, tenderstem broccoli, asparagus, crispy cavolo nero and a rich red wine, sorrel & wild garlic lamb jus
- Dine on your meal with fellow chefs and a glass of wine
- A recipe pack to take home with you
N.B. Please arrive to all our classes 10/15 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink with fellow chefs. We recommend bringing your own containers to take home any leftovers.
