Join us on this Day course for a culinary journey through the best of Italian cuisine. Learn some traditional techniques in this practical, hands on session, Including Italian breads, pasta, sauces, risotto and dessert.  Expert tuition throughout the day, lots of hands on cooking as well as demonstrations, lunch included with wine, and plenty of food to take home with you!

  • Learn to make authentic Ravioli
  • Learn to make a tomato and a creamy carbonara sauce – the cornerstone of Italian cookery
  • Construct the tasteful classic Italian Salad
  • Learn the secrets of Risotto
  • Make and prepare Fresh Pasta
  • Learn the art of making stone baked Calzone
  • Learn to make the Italian favourite –  Panna cotta
  • Enjoy lunch with your fellow chefs, including wine
  • Take home a recipe pack

(you’ll need to bring along tubs with you for any leftovers! we do have a few disposables available but these do incur a small charge)

N.B Please arrive 10/15 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink with your fellow chefs. A licensed bar will be available throughout the class. This course can be made suitable for vegetarians
