The popularity of CBD is ever growing, and with a myriad of products on the market, it can be easy to get lost in what’s best and how to use it. This course moves away from edible ‘gummies’ and chocolates instead showing you how to incorporate CBD oil into everyday cooking. We will explain the varying strengths and how to use to the best effect in food. We will show you how to create a CBD dressing to serve with delicate, seasonal fish, infuse CBD into a healthy broth to accompany a ‘rainbow’ salad and show you one of our favourite CBD fruit smoothies. Whether you’re an avid fan or just dipping your toe into the market, this is the course for you.
