With this class you’ll never wonder again about what to cook for your guests, we have some show-stopping classics to teach you, and include,

Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, with roasted hazelnuts and brown butter

This Creamy and Velvety Soup is the perfect starter to any seasonal dinner party.  Invented in the 60’s this dish is still winning prizes today and is a true French classic.

Lobster Thermidor

Created in 1891 by a former assistant to the greatest chef of all time chef Augustus Escoffier.  A king of the sea, this particular shellfish is used to create this unbeatable showstopper of a dish.

Herb Crusted roasted rack of lamb with star anise baby carrots, fondant potatoes and rosemary and tomato jus.

We will be using locally sourced lamb for this main course and taking a modern approach to this original guard of honour. It is delicate in appearance but a heavyweight in the culinary world.

Pear Tarte Tatin

Tarte Tatin discovered purely by chance by two sisters named Tatin, who one day were making an apple pie, but burnt the caramel and inadvertently created the Tatin we know today, we are doing our own twist and using pears on this fabulous dish.

And to finish the meal a homemade chocolate truffle.

As well as making your delicious dinner party menu, dinner will be included with wine, plus coffee and canapés on arrival
