Get Ahead for Christmas

Learn how to make all the trimmings, with tips and tricks to make your lunch go smoothly. Enjoy the day without panic or stress.
You will prepare some sides to either refrigerate or freeze until Christmas Day, and will include Cranberry Sauce, Bread Sauce, Meat and Vegetarian Stuffing, Braised Red Cabbage and more. Learn how to perfect the perfect roast potatoes, how to choose cook and carve your turkey or goose, and of course the best way to cook brussel sprouts.
This class will get you ahead, as well as provide you with timings for cooking
The session involves demos and hands on cooking, you will enjoy the rewards of your creations at the end of the lesson with a full Christmas lunch and wine
