What is there not to love about the beautiful subtly spiced tones of Mexican food? On this half day course, prepare to dive straight in to some Huevos rancheros for brunch before we move on to some of the all-time classics, Tacos, Fajitas and Enchiladas. We won’t stop there though, you’ll also be making dips, salsas, refried beans and of course, everyone’s favourite sweet treat… Churros!
