What is there not to love about the beautiful subtly spiced tones of Mexican food? On this half day course we will show you some of the all-time classics, Tacos, Fajitas and Enchiladas. We won’t stop there though, you’ll also be making dips, salsas, refried beans and of course, everyone’s favourite sweet treat… Churros!
