Soups and sauces are two of the absolute cornerstones of a great home cook. We will guide you through the fundamentals and have you expertly making hearty soups and delicate sauces that are sure to impress your friends and loved ones.
On the course you will learn how to make:
- Butternut velouté
- Hollandaise – used commonly on Eggs Benedict
- Bechamel – used in Rarebit
- Red wine jus
