If you want a show stopping dish for Christmas look no further……….
In this class we will explore a few Christmas classics to help you prepare a delicious feast this festive season. You will make individual beef wellingtons to take home and either cook or freeze, as well as enjoying a lunch of beef wellington made by our chef Les, accompanied by fondant potatoes and seasonal vegetables. You will also cure half a side of salmon, which will be vacuum packed before you leave, that will keep for over a week for you to enjoy in days to come, You will also learn how to make a sensational twice baked cheese soufflé, which again you will be able total home and freeze.
