Whether you’re new to vegan cookery or just want to add some new dishes to your repertoire, this is the class for you, we will be cooking a s assortment of mains, sides, dips and dressings, that can be adapted to use in several dishes, you will learn to make delicious dips such as the Imam Biyaldi from the SouthEast Mediterranean, Nero cheesy crisps, vegetable pakoras and charred cauliflower with tahini, pomegranate and harissa. In addition you will cook the perfect quinoa and use seasonal vegetables with various accompaniments such as toasted seed mix and dressings including agave and dijon mustard, to name a few.
