When it comes to flavours, there is a huge difference between good Spanish food and GREAT Spanish food, but the difference in ingredients and technique is so subtle that it’s easy to miss. Prepare to take your cooking to a whole new level after learning the tips, tricks and secrets that Spain has to offer.
On the course you will learn how to make –
- Classic shellfish paella
- Smoked ham croquettes
(you’ll need to bring along tubs with you for any leftovers! we do have a few disposables available but these do incur a small charge)
