Summer may be over, but let’s add a little heat into the kitchen!

With a spicy Chicken Tinga to add a tingle to your tastebuds and Chipotle Chilli Meatballs there’s gonna be a fiesta on your plate! Perfectly paired with homemade flour tortillas and pico de gallo to accompany you’ll be enjoying a feast for the senses!

Chef Les will be guiding you through this course and teaching all his expert tips and tricks to make cooking just a little bit easier!
