Autumn is a truly special time in the culinary calendar. In this class, you’ll learn to prepare and cook mouth-watering dishes.
Making the most of seasonal ingredients, together we’ll create an easy but spectacular Autumnal menu!
Our in house chef Les, will guide you through every step of this culinary journey..
Here’s a sneak preview of what to expect… (as with all things seasonal and ever changing availability, some dishes may vary!)
Jerusalem Artichoke Veloute with Truffle Oil and Sourdough
A decadent Blackberry and Red Wine sauce to accompany a roasted duck leg.
Celeriac and Potato Mash
Honey, Cinnamon and Star Anise Roasted Carrots
To top it off, with an abundance of local apples – what better than a gloriously Stuffed and Baked Apple.
Come along to The Cooking School for an inspiring and educational day and learn the best techniques and tips needed to cook a beautiful selection of mouth-watering recipes.

N.B. Please arrive to all our courses 10/15 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink with your fellow chefs.
