Middle Eastern Mezze

During this half day course, we will use classic flavours from the middle east to create a traditional mezze that you will enjoy at the end of the class. We will introduce a variety of herbs and flavours used in Middle Eastern cooking to create a beautiful selection of dishes. All the recipes are perfect for sharing, and can be enjoyed separately as well as together. This 3-hour experience will include dishes such as:
- Lamb koftas
- Falafels
- Flatbreads
- Sides and dips including hummus, baba ganoush and harissa
Also included in the class:
- Welcome drink on arrival
- All aprons, kitchen equipment, and ingredients
- A recipe pack to take home with you
(you’ll need to bring along tubs with you for any leftovers! we do have a few disposables available but these do incur a small charge)
N.B Please arrive 10/15 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink with your fellow chefs. A licensed bar will be available throughout the class. This course can be made suitable for vegetarians.
