Suitable for 8-16 year olds of all abilities

Hands on cooking with our fantastic chef Les Rennie.  Not only will you be guided through the process of tempering spices and making curries, you will also make some naan bread and learn how to make perfect rice.

You will learn about the different spices used in Indian and Asian cooking

Included in the class:

Drinks on arrival

Aprons

Lunch (the food you have cooked)

Chicken Korma and Spiced Pea and Potato Curry

Spiced naan bread

Litti Chokha

Leftover food to take home with you
