Children’s Curry Takeaway
Saturday 24th February 2024 – 10am-12pm
Suitable for 8-14 year olds of all abilities
Hands on cooking with our fantastic chef Les Rennie. Not only will you be guided through the process of tempering spices and making curries, you will also make some naan bread and learn how to make perfect rice.
You will learn about the different spices used in Indian and Asian cooking
Included in the class:
- Drinks on arrival
- Lunch (the food you have cooked)
- Chicken Korma and Spiced Pea and Potato Curry
- Spiced naan bread
- Litti Chokha
- A folder of recipes
(you’ll need to bring along tubs with you to take the food away! we do have a few disposables available but these do incur a small charge)
N.B Please arrive 10/15 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink with your fellow chefs. A licensed bar will be available throughout the class.
